She enjoys incorporating various modalities of Chinese Medicine, such as cupping to promote blood flow and relieve muscle tension, gua sha to reduce inflammation and enhance circulation, moxibustion (moxa) to stimulate healing through the application of heat, and many other techniques tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Bridgette joined Alpenglow Acupuncture in June of 2024.
Outside of the clinic, Bridgette enjoys park hangs, diving into a good book, or flowing through a yoga session. She loves dancing with friends, dining out at Denver's amazing restaurants, and laughing with friends over a delicious meal. Deep conversations about life, meditation, and continuing her education in Chinese medicine are some of her favorite ways to spend time.
