HOW DOES IT WORK?

Before Treatment: If desired, topical anesthetic is applied before treatment to provide light numbing.

Gentle Treatment: We will start with a gentle acupuncture treatment, using acupoints selected for your individual needs. Physician formulated, organic, vegan serum will be applied to your face. The AcuLift™ MicroPen is then used to create controlled microchannels, eliciting your body’s healing response. This will remodel and rejuvenate your skin to provide a younger, more firm and radiant appearance. After the microneedling, you will receive an LED light therapy treatment to enhance results.

Post Treatment: Following treatment your skin may appear pink or slightly red, similar to a mild sunburn. This typically disappears after 12–24hrs. You will receive a patient aftercare kit to accelerate your recovery and results.

Results: Are sometimes apparent after one treatment and will improve over a series of 3–6 monthly treatments. Results will continue to progress for several months after your last treatment. Results can last up to 5 years!

LED Light Therapy

Light Emitting Diode (LED) phototherapy is the application of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits. The energy is used to improve cellular performance. Phototherapy is known for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties and has a variety of applications across many medical fields. Research has shown that phototherapy can: increase circulation, accelerate tissue repair, decrease wrinkles, decrease inflammation, improve skin tone and wrinkles, texture and clarity, ease muscle and joint pain, stiffness, spasm and arthritis and kill acne bacteria, and much more.

LED light therapy is available as part of a comprehensive facial rejuvenation treatment or as an add-on to a regular acupuncture appointment.
