Update To Our Cancellation Policy
What:
Following in the steps of many healthcare providers, we are moving to an updated 48 hour cancellation policy for all of our appointments.
Why:
This increased timeframe will make it more likely that we can fill canceled appointments.
We would rather be helping people than collecting missed appointment fees!
How it works:
If you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment AND we are unable to fill your appointment slot, you will be charged $65 at the time of the cancelled appointment - that’s right, we’ll only charge if we can’t get it filled!
BTW - You can help us (and yourself) out by sending in a friend or family member in your place. 😀
When:
Full implementation of the policy will go into effect 2/15/22.
